Modular Electric Guitars (MEG)

U.S. Patent # 6.194.644

The guitar, by its very nature, demands innovation. Today's popular music is multi-tonal and Meg presents the possibility of instantly converting one neck setup to another with less expense--materially, financially and environmentally --than buying another full guitar.

The Modular Electric Guitar is comprised of two primary parts: a neck/tailpiece continuum and a body which receives the neck. MEG provided the first opportunity for the guitarist to affordably experience the exitement of multiple strings with multiple tunings and varied hardware. MEG is customization taken to logical extreme.

Using the modular electric guitar as a platform for innovation, the guitar is transformed in its versatility.
